Our purpose at last week’s Resonate festival was two-fold. On Friday we taught our workshop, introducing more than 20 eager media makers to the RGBDToolkit workflow. The next day we hid in the basement with blinding LED lights scanning the legendary speakers. While they conferred their views on art, tech, the internet, visual culture, and social issues our cameras turned their likeness into sizzling digital deities.

We continue to collect point cloud streams from the brightest minds in creative coding, computational art, and new media. With each new participant the pool grows richer, toward its eventual publishing as a generative dialogue. Imagine a computational conference panel held in virtual space.
